R75 Lost password for smart dashboard server . recovery option?

There are 3 boxes. FW01 FW02  and Smart console Server. R75

we can login to FW01 and FW02 However for Smartconsole - password is not accepting.

so unable to login to smart console to configure Policy.

able to ping from FW01 and FW02

when ssh  to Smart console server from Firewall -

FW1[admin]# ssh -l admin 172.27.21.35

admin@172.27.21.35's password:

Permission denied, please try again.

Please advise How to recover password from server using usb or  emergency disk

Thanks for the link. However on our case smart management server is totally not able to login. Then how can we create emergency disk

You do that on the Gateway - then, password from FW0x is used on the emergendisk you use to boot up the SMS.

Thank you all . Able to login now . Issue was some one remotely join and session exist. After he terminate the session , able to login.
