Problem with a site being blocked

Could anyone tell me the reason for this being blocked please, and advise the best way to allow it?

It appears to me to be blocked because the application, that it identifies as "wedirekt.co.uk" is classified as instant chat, and the rule 144.13 does not allow this (which is correct!)

However, despite the fact that it has identified the application in this log, I cannot find this in the appwiki.

any advise would be greatly appreciated!
