Policy is getting hits but no log generated

Hello all,

We have deployed a new policy on the CP R80.30. We can see that traffic is hitting the policy but no traffic is being logged. The track option is set to Log.

What could be wrong?

You're going to have to show a bit more about the rule (specifically the services column).

It is a pretty simple rule allowing access from our VoIP box to any/any:

Hi sauloaraujo,

Did you ever figure out why you have Hits but no Logs? I'm seeing several rules that have hits but no logs on our system. 

It would really help if I could see the logs to determine if these HITS are accurate or not.
