Mobile Access Blade, Visitor Mode, 443 port

Hi all,

I want to enable "mobile access blade" in CP4600 (r80.10), but I get the following error.

Is it possible for Mobile Access Blade to use other port instead of default 443 port?

in my environment, 443 port is occupied by an web server, I can't change it.

thanks a lot.

Hi Alex,

Visitor Mode port must be "443" with Mobile Access enabled. If you are using this service already than as workaround I would suggest to do Port forwarding / Port NATing for that particular service so it will not conflict

Use a different port for the GAIA configuration e.g. 4434.
Then port 443 can be opened for the "visitor mode".
