Migrating Check Point MLM on R81.10 to new hardware on same version.

I am planning to replace existing Checkpoint MLM Hardware to new models and both are on R81.10. We don't need log files to be migrated.

So if I follow the procedure to export "mgmt_cli export-management" then import "mgmt_cli import-management", please confirm if that is all need to do or I am missing something.

Also, the new hardware has just completed R81.10 install and is waiting for First Time Wizard. So do we need to complete First Time Wizard before performing import-management?

export-management is only for the management server/MDM itself, not for standalone log servers or SmartEvent.
Log Servers must be fresh installed and configured to the relevant management/MDM.
