Management server downgrade

Hello guys,

Since we migrated the management from R80.10 to R80.30 (fresh install in new VM and upgrade import process) the CPSEMD process is restarting every time and causes us a lot of problems to login and performance via smartdashboard.

Checkpoint support doesnt know for the moment what is the root cause and how to solvent it so I wondering is there is some process to export r80.30 config to use in a new fresh install R80.10 (downgrade from r80.30 to r80.10)

We don't offer a formally supported method to downgrade in this manner.
I assume you can use this tool to potentially export/import the configuration, but there will be several manual steps required.
