Installation failed. Reason: Load on Module failed - failed to generate masters file

I am trying to install policy, but stuck getting this error.

It is lab env, and internet does not cooperate for this problem. Except one case sk100432 that is not my scenario.

Any tips and trick?

Check content of $FWDIR/conf/masters file on the gateway.

This looks like a possible solution. Do you use NAT on one of the objects (MGMT/GW)?

Hi,

If I were you I woud do the folllowing:

#dos2nuix <finemame>  (maybe there is a non-visible character)

And what the others suggested -> recreate the file. 

I had the same situation in the past, unfortunately the rool cause didn't arise. I recreated the file, and happiness 🙂
