Install Policy failed: Cannot find any policies to install

We have around 52 CMA. When tried to reassign and install global policy, all were reassigned successfully but fails to install only on 2 domains with error "Install Policy failed: Cannot find any policies to install"

Locally able to install policies. I have installed database as well but no luck. Management server is in R81 version with hotfix Take 77.

Kindly help to fix this issue.

MDS with 52 CMAs is not so common i fear...

Did you copy the policy and "Install On' is set to the original FW instead of "Policy Targets"?  The Install On column can be off screen depending on you window size for SmartConsole like Action can be too.
