IPS not Preventing Malicious Traffic

Hello,

I have an IPS policy configured on R80.10 MGMT .. in the gateway settings IPS is set to act according to Threat Prevention Policy.. however in the IPS logs i can see HIGH HIGH severity is getting Detected but not Prevented.. i can see that the action to the detection in IPS Protections is set to Prevent but still is it getting detected only.. 

any idea on how can i resolve this.

Ok i figured it out.. the GWs are on VSX Custer and the VS were set to "Detect Only" .
