IPS email alert

Hi All,

I have checkpoint firewall and I am looking to set up IPS alerts as well as weekly or time-based reports. Could you kindly provide me with a guide on how to do so?

For specific IPS Protections you can set the Track as Alert or User Defined where for example an email will be sent or script will be executed.

You also have predefined and user defined reports in SmartEvent (in SmartConsole > Logs & Monitor > Reports)

The reports can also be scheduled. Refer to your versions Logging and Monitoring Administration Guide
