I can not open more than one tab on Log View

Hello Everyone,

For some reason i can't open more than one tab on Log View.

When i try it just sits there. I tried again toady and i go the Microsoft .Net Framework pop up.

Also i log in remotely from a dedicated jump server.

I've attached images, greatly appreciate any thought

I saw that before and it was fixed by cpstop/cpstart of the management.

Hi Enyi

I would like to try and assist.

Can you please try and reproduce the issue and share with me the Smartconsole logs?

(Please send to idosh@checkpoint.com)

Hi Enyi,

Did you overcome the issue?

If not, Can you please send me the following:

  1. ‘SmartEventCollectLogs’ output (simply run it via SSH to your Mgmt/Log-Server, whichever your connecting to).
  2. $FWDIR/log/cpm.elg*
  3. SmartConsole client logs after debug:
  • Open SmartConsole > Mange & Settings > Preferences > Start Debugging.
  • Reproduce issue by opening a new logs tab to produce framework error.
  • Copy files from: C:\Users\<user_name\AppData\Local\Check Point\[version = R81]\SmartConsole\

                                SmartConsole.log*

It appears that port 443 was blocked from Jump Server to Management Station.

The issue is resolved.
