There isn't really a way to. Portions of rules can be reconstructed from files on the gateway (most notably rulebases_5_0.fws and objects_5_0.C), but they are not the full rule. Rules are meant to be viewed through the management server, either via SmartConsole (all versions), or via the management API (management version R80 and newer).

Long shot, but worth a try. No clue if this will work in R77.30 gateway, but try it from expert. Works so nice in R80+.
db_tool -p $FWDIR/state/local/FW1 get_rules
