As the main question:

Hi, Anyone who knows where I can find the ping frequency and conditions settings in SmartDashboard for the monitored hosts that are set on the ISP Link? I have added an attachment showing the monitored host but in this section there are no statements about the actual settings/frequency for the ping, acceptance for number of no replies, etc.

I'm using R77.30

The main variable you are looking for is misp_ping_interval and it is set through GUIdbedit.  All the various misp_* variables are documented here: sk23630: Advanced configuration options for ISP Redundancy
