Getting correct NAT rule hits on R81 cloud mgmt server

Hey guys,

I know I asked this before and someone mentioned that correct number of hits in NAT rule base is supported from R81 mgmt/gateway versions. Well, I even built R81.10 with latets jumbo distributed environment and I saw NAT rules hits week ago, but now its zero...makes no sense.

Anyway, customer has R81 cloud server with R80.40 cluster...since its cloud, we dont have ssh, but just api command line from dashboard. I tried running some commands to see if I can get hits on possible whole nat rule base, but no luck so far.

Does anyone know if thats even possible?

1. With R81 and up, NAT rule counts are updated either in n policy install, or when doing right-click/update on the rules. 

2. you need GW or n R81+ for the counter to work

Thanks @_Val_ ...yes, I knew that, but wondering for customer's setup, can we get anything from api command line at all?
