Geo Policy
I am importing an R77.30 config into R80.10 Management and all of the Geo Policies are showing as Inactive. Is this normal for upgrading to R80.10?

Hadn't seen/heard that as standard behavior.
I assume you can re-enable them, right?

They should not be inactive. Please open a support ticket. We do not change users' configuration during upgrade.
