Expired. General Overview and Reports for SmartEvent and Logs & Monitor are disabled

Hello all.

I currently have this message on SMS Errors tab for my smartevent blade (Open Server). I can see that the license expired at 30-sep-2021. How can i renew this license? Shouldnt it be permanent?

Most probably, your SMS license is permanent, but not your SmartEvent license. There is one year complimentary SmartEvent license included in the management package. I guess, your SmartCenter is about one year old.

Thanks for the reply mate. Will it be necessary to purchase a new license or is there a way I can renew it?

What was the solution for this theme, i'm living the same situation. I do have a log with warning, but no event shown in general overview!

The solution is, obviously, to renew the expired license for the blade you want to use.
