Disable New DHCP Services

Hi Experts,

We are migrating to new DHCP services to resolve PUV warning  and referred sk104114 section 4  to enable the new DHCP Services.

We have been asked to share the roll back procedure by the client but cant find any procedure to remove/delete the new DHCP services that we enabled.

I tired in the test environment to delete the new DHCP objects from the dashboard but that doesnt solove the problem. It does delete the objects  but if i again try to enable the services  i am prompted with a message "DHCP services already enabled " and this time they do get reflected in dashboard.

I see we can roll back using a snapshot but is there any other way to delete/remove the new DHCP services once we have enabled.

Regards,

Malik

Hi @Malik1,

You should make a "migrate export" of the SMS before the change the DHCP services.

1) creat the old DHCP services manually
2) change the old and new services
3) delete the new DHCP services
