Desktop Policy Tab Missing

Hi All,

We need to configure the desktop policy for the VPN client, this is not the initial setup already configured one. The desktop policy is already working. We need to add additional rule now. I am not able to see the Desktop policy tab anymore in the dashboard. I can see DLP, Anti Spam & Mail, Mobile Access, HTTPS Inspection as well but not desktop policy. Please let me know if this a known bug or what is the solution for this?

Did you enable Desktop on the Policy Package in SmartConsole?

If not - Menu > Manage policies and layers > Edit the relevant Policy Package > enable Desktop (before you should also have Policy Server enabled on at least one Security Gateway)

Thank you for replying on this. I tried the above but it did not work now i cloned the existing policy package which helped to resolve this issue in the new cloned policy package.

Same here. Tried solution from sk162574, without success.

We are using R80.20 with JH take 118.

Is it a known bug?
