Deploying Terminal Server Agent - shared secret

I'm looking at mass deploying the terminal server agent to lots of shared computers, and the only problem i'm having trouble tackling is the shared secret.

Has anyone mass deployed the terminal server agent with the shared secret included? I don't see an option in the customization MSI to include this. How have other people solved this problem? Manually entering in the secret to so many computers, and any new computer, isn't very feasible.

To answer my own question:

After upgrading the version of the agent I was using, the IAConfig tool to make a customizable MSI correctly copied the shared secrets when selecting the "copy confiugration from this computer". previously it was not copying this setting.
