Thanks for the info.
The reason is that the Gateway finds this package on Check Point Download Center and identifies it as recommended.
The Management machine looking for details about this package and fails.
This can be either due to connectivity between Management and Download Center or specific issue in the search.
1. Can you please verify Management is connected - you can just run check for update on the CPUSE page.
2. In case this is not the problem, will appreciate if you run /opt/CPDepCon/bin/collect_logs.bash which collects the logs and send me the result (boazo@checkpoint.com)
