Custom Application Control Block Message

Hi Checkmates.  I have a customer that wants a custom block message.  I am aware of how to change a logo, add a link, etc., but they want to customize it with a background/logo/specific images.  I remember seeing a document that completely allows you to customize what the MAB portal looks like.  Completely able to customize it so its not even recognizable that its Check Point.  My question to you is, can I do this with a block message.  I know I can paste the HTML directly into the message, but where would the directories go that hold images, etc.  Is this even possible?  Any guidance would be most appreciated.
