Create SCP only user with limited access

I want to create a scp only user that has the option to copy reports from a specific location only..

should not be able to browse/edit to any other folders/files on the CMA other than specified.

apart from adding the user to the scponly shell.. how do I restrict said user to a specific folder only? would I need specific rba roles setup?

user: scpuser1

folder location:

/home/scpuser1

and

/opt/CPrt-R80/smartview/exported_files/<objid_for_admin>/
