Cannot connect to other Clients in VPN

Hello,

im encountering the Problem that our Helpdesk (working from home) is not able to connect to other clients in the same vpn subnet (its a /22) via msra. 

Any hints?

Sry for the late reply... I was missing the NAT rule so the clients keep their original IP. I created that now and am now waiting for feedback from the SUpport guys.
