CPLogToSyslog_R80.10 doubt

Dear All,

As per sk115392 for R80.10 the ISO Take should be maximum R80.10 GA (Take 421) with JHF Take_56.

So does this mean that If I'm using ISO image of R80.10 Take462 - CPLogToSyslog cannot be supported?

Regards, N.Prabulingam.

Hi Kosin,

But per sk115392 it support only till Take_421 ISO.

Due to the Take_462 ISO, the CPToSyslog process is getting terminated frequently.

Hence was checking if Take_462 can support.

According to sk115392, you should ask TAC for a version of CPLogToSyslog supporting R80.10 Take_421 ISO + Jumbo 70 or 91 !

I had tested that with ISO Take_462, but JHF_Take_56 or Take_42 not supported.

Hence trying with JHF_Take_70.

Probably CheckPoint might release ISO_Take_462 supporting with JHF_Take_70 or above.

It is very unclear to me what you do expect - in sk115392 you can download the CPLogToSyslog tool for a number of different versions, and if you need it for another version you will have to ask CP TAC.

Hello,

A new log exporting tool has been released. This tool will be replacing CPLogToSyslog.

You can find all relevant details in Logs Exporter - Check Point Logs Export.
