Hi

I want to setup VPN between CP SG3200 & CP1430 and want to manage CP1430 from SG3200 Smart console. 

can find any Material or link or help this Scenario.

There are 2 things you need to do:
Look at the Check Point for beginners series here on the forum.
Connect the 1430 into the SMS, in SmartConsole you add a new gateway, model 1430. on the 1430 you need to set it up so it is centrally managed, during this wizard you will need to add a pre-shared key that you also enter in the SmartConsole while you create the 1430 gateway.
Only thing I don't know: will the management license support it?
