Before we get into version or environment specific considerations can you confirm how the following is currently set/configured?

Policy > Anti-malware > Edit Shared Action "Check for malware signature updates every 4-hours"

Hi Chris,

We have already complete the setting we have installed 200 users client  but 20 user is not update.

Is there anything special about the location of the affected machines compared to the others?

A local policy server or supernode might help depending upon the scenario.
