Android Capsule VPN Client - Tracker shows: "This VPN client is disabled"

Good Afternoon,

I'm trying to get the Android Capsule VPN client app working but when I try to connect the device states:

"Failed to connect: Internal error - [CCC_E_General]."

Looking at Tracker, I see the vents list the reason as:

"This VPN Client is disabled"

Any thoughts?

Make sure that "Capsule VPN/Connect" is checked on the gateway object under VPN Clients...Mobile Devices - iOS and Adroid Client.

Hello !

Recently i am have similar problem.

Check licence on Check Point License portal for gateway - License Information option.

And license for gateway via Check Point SmartUpdate console.
