After restoring backup not able to access dashboard

Hi All we installed a new management server and restore backup from another management server.

after restoring backup I am able to login with SSH and WebUI but not able to login to dashboard.

I try to add admin user from cpconfig and give administrator right as well but still not working.

please help me on the same.

Is this standalone installation (management without gateway)? Did you check fwm process?

What is output of

netstat -tupln | grep "1819\|190"‍

BTW what version of Gaia/SPLAT are you using?

FWM process is running and its management server with Gaia R77.30

Did you check $FWDIR/log/fwm.elg for errors? Also what error you got from SmartConsole?
