5200 STANDALONE R80 Upgrade

5200 running as Standalone ( Mgmt + gateway )

We are trying to upgrade our 5200 appliance to latest R80.20 but i don't find any upgrade instead ISO file to re-image the device to R80.20.

is it true that no upgrade and i have to re-image the device?

In-place upgrades are done via CPUSE either thru the WebUI or CLI.
An ISO is used to reimage the device.
