eth2-Mgmt1 Link State down

Hi.

We have setup with two MHO-140 R81.20 JHF 26.

Security group management interface is Magg (eth1-Mgmt1, eth2-Mgmt1) with 1GB copper sfp and eth2-Mgmt1 not coming up.

How to bring in up?
