We are having the following pop up on Check Point, where this website is been blocked “ctldl.windowsupdate.com”.

Matched Category:- Spyware/Malicious Sites
Action: Prevent

ctldl.windowsupdate.com is used by Windows, Is this URL  safe to be whitelisted ?
