I have the same problem. I've never registered for Infinity Services before. I followed the links within SmartDashboard, it took me to a registration page, asked me to confirm my region and then invited me to supply a password. After doing so, it took me to the portal login page, and then told me that due to a new security policy, logging in without MFA is not possible. I already have MFA set up for my Check Point account.
This is a lab setup. I am the only administrator. I have no clue as to where the "Send Request To Administrator" will go...
I think something broken in the sign up logic...
