Unable to create account on Infinity Portal

I'm experiencing issues creating an account on https://portal.checkpoint.com/signin, encountering an error stating "Email provider is not allowed".

I've successfully established an account on the User Center at https://usercenter.checkpoint.com/ with administrator access. Could you kindly offer insights, guidance, or support to assist me in creating an account on the Infinity Portal? Your swift response and assistance would be greatly appreciated. Based solely on the error you will either need to utilize a different contact email address or have your organizations partner contact or local Check Point office / SE provision access on your behalf.
