We want to send logs and events from the Infinity Portal via e-mail at certain times.
We have specified an SMTP server with port 587 and our access data to the sender's mailbox. These will be tested over SSL or even TLS.
However, as soon as we click on Test Connectivity, it immediately appears that the test has failed (see picture).
We also noticed that the creation time when manually exporting the reports differs by about 6 hours from the actual creation time.
Could this be the reason?
