Infinity portal user shows pending and still uses old 2FA code to login

Hi Checkmates

Users of my infinity portal shows pending even after accepting the invitation and user also can login and do all the activities but at user section, this particular user only shows pending status.

Also this user is unable to reset the 2FA and add phone number also strange thing is that the user is able to login with old 2fa codes even after disabling and enabling 2FA.

To be clear the users 2FA/MFA was reset and they signed out and back in again and were not prompted to enroll again?

If you deleted the user and still same issue, I would contact TAC to see if they can check it on instances's backend.
