FAILED TO VALIDATE DEFAULT CLIENT UNINSTALL PASSWORD

Hello guys.

 

I am unsure as to how this happened on the infinity portal. This is the display I get on the policy tab after logging on to the infinity portal. (displayed in figure 1.)

Are there any solutions out there to resolve this issue.
