procces down how to restart?

hi guys,
i have a problem with the maas tuneel is no longer up, and i see that's on cpwd_admin list:
WSTUNNEL 0 T 0 [14:12:29] 18/6/2025 N wstunnel -t 7000:7000 -p xx.xx.xxx.x:80 -f '/opt/CPshrd-R81.20/conf/ca-bundle-public-cloud.crt'


WSTUNNEL is terminated how can i restart that??

Normally, if a process monitored by CPWatchDog terminates unexpectedly, CPWatchDog will automatically restart it.
You can try running cpstart to check if the process has started again.

On which machine did you see this output?

Hi @Tal_Paz-Fridman 

This seems to be a process related to the MAAS tunnel  correct me if I’m wrong and we have an issue: when we run fw unloadlocal, we see the process come back up, as well as MAAS. However, once we run cpstart and install the policies, the process goes down again.The only thing we can see is a connection attempt to itself (127.0.0.1), which gets refused.

I take a look, but I’ve already regenerated the token and also done mass off and mass on

I hate assiming things, but sounds like even in S1C portal, it would most likely show a problem. Can you send output of maas status? please blur out any sensitive data.

I would contact TAC to get this fixed, because if maas is down, then thats a big issue. Are you even able to currently push the policy?

Thats definitely odd. Can you try apply eval license in the meantime to see if it helps?
