logs are not showing in the smart console after changing the MGMT and FW IP address

After changing the MGMT and FW IP logs are not able to see on smart console

Set up Cluster HA

MGMT  R81.10

FW R81

After Changing the IP we have installed the Database

Log indexing is enabled

SIC communication was established and working fine

We have one separate log server and could see the logs getting reflected on it.

Even Sync interface is working fine.

Even checked space and no issue on that have enough space on device.

We tried to manually fetch the logs but no luck.

We rebooted the MGMT and even reinstalled the Smart console no luck.

We checked all the processes are up and running and even API status was started.

Atlast we even tried on installing latest JHF but dint worked.

But while running #cpstat fw -f log_connection  command we could see the log server IP on Gateway is old IP itself which i have attached the file below

We even tried sk165994 and to fetch rfl.elg log but could not find.

Login to Mgmt server and from expert mode see at least log are appearing with command.

#fw log -t -f -n

And from cplgv.exe login to mgmt server and see. If the logs are seen then issue could be related to solr or smarlog.

Thanks and Regards,

Hello,

After all your attempts, a silly question just to be sure, did you push policy?

If so, try restarting fwd process or rebooting on firewall side, it was not clear to me if the Jumbo was installed on fw or Mgmt, if you instaled Jumbo on both sides, skeep this step. The last option i see is editing $FWDIR/conf/masters file, never fails.

Check sk105280 to see how it can be edited, and sk102712 to make the changes persistent.
