logging issue for VPN traffic in R80.30

Hi,

After upgrading mgmt server from R80.20 to R80.30, we are not able to see VPN traffic in log. We have applied latest hotfix take 196, but still no luck.

Have you tried an "Install Database" operation for your SMS and/or log servers?  Can you see encrypt operations with a "blade:VPN" filter?

Hi Tim,

I have installed database but still not able to see VPN traffic. Same result when I filter with VPN blade.

For a work around I am using smart tracker (old console) to see VPN traffic.

I have done fresh install of R80.30 and migrate import of database to resolve this issue.
