licensing for replaced cluster member

Hi

I will be replacing a cluster member ( checkpoint Gaia R 77.30 1490) . can any one explain me the licensing procedure for the new cluster member. should I use the existing license?

You cannot transfer a license from one Check Point appliance to another as these licenses are not transferable.

I believe contracts can be transferred, but you will need to check with Account Services.
