identity agent certificate trust problem

Hello Friends

we have wildcard global certificate. and we attached to gateway. but when we install firstly on client, identity agent not trust our certificate. we need to approve it on all client. and this problem occured at vpn clients. when vpn clients connect first time, they need to aprrove "trust" certificate.

is it normal behaviour?

How can resolve it?
