hcp bug on R81.00

Hi,

I found hcp bug or feature or whatever you like to call it on R81.00:

# hcp -r 32
Test name Status
============================================================
MAC magic.........................................[ERROR]

# cat /var/log/hcp.elg | grep ERROR

[12/01/2023 08:27:32] [12435] [ERROR] [vs_id 0] execute_test: Test MAC magic failed: Failed to run 'cphaprob mmagic'.

# cphaprob mmagic

Usage:

cphaprob [-vs <vsid>] state ................................. Shows cluster states of all members
cphaprob [-reset [-h|-c]] [-l <count>] show_failover ........ Shows cluster failover information
cphaprob names .............................................. Shows the member print mode in local logs

...

So, may be test for VSX and skip if not applicable.

R81.00 T79 (non-VSX)
