fw.log or log TAB NOT showing in smart console in MDS R80.40

can somebody tell me how to fix fw.log or log TAB NOT showing in smart console in MDS R80.40

 

Attached the error here, when i login smart console , i was display with smarview loading

 

I have restarted CPstop,Cpstart service , but still same issue

R80.40 will be completely out of support this April!
