I have VM CheckPoint run with SMC R80.30
Yesterday, when I open SMC, on tab GW&Servers, click on mgmt, display SmartDashboard component failed to connect to server <x.x.x.x>. Please contact Technical Support" and the object does not open. Then, I íntall database follow link https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk121242.
Since then, when I choose any gw device or mgmt device, ít display When wait while loading. After few minutess, the notification turns off and shows nothing more.
So, what is issue and how to fix it? The device end of sp so I can't open TAC case
