The Moment Before
Hello,
could you advice if Zero Phishing blade should be included in Cloud Guard NGTX license (VSEC VEN NGTX)?
Is this license blade included ONLY in Quantum HW GW?
The customer has Cloud Guard NGTX, we enabled Zero Phishing and SC alerting for missing license. The license blade is also missing in cplic print. Should be there or not?
This could happen if you bought the VEN NGTX before Zero Phishing blade was released - Account Services can verify that when provided with the CK or you do a Product Search yourself. You would need a license renewal, i think - ask your CP Sales contact for help.
I just checked an example in Usercenter and the blade appears there.
Suggest double checking your specific SKU with account services.

Thanks, we pointed it out to Account Services, but as usual, they know nothing about this procedure.
This is a sales issue, so Account Services knows nothing about it 😉 I suggested that only to be able see if my understanding is true and this license never had that SKU to start with... If you need assistance you can PM me.
yes, Account services did not helped us. We involved CP Sales team, but its so complicated, you need a custom quote, NSP, approval, then add the licences to UC.
SKU is CPSB-ZP-S-3Y
No so difficult to do that for CP Sales people 😉
We ran into this issue with Zero Phishing (ZP) licensing for the ATC course environments. After investigating it turns out that upon the release of R81.20 GA, no license/contract was actually required to use the new Zero Phishing feature. This was not well communicated in my opinion and resulted in many Sandblast licenses being generated with no ZP licenses (including ATC ones which is how I found out about it). This was changed in R81.20 Jumbo HFA 26 and later, which suddenly started enforcing the need for a ZP license if you tried to use it (or were already using it via Custom or Autonomous mode). To Check Point's credit this change was clearly documented in the Jumbo HFA documentation, but still caught many customers by surprise.
