When does /tmp get cleared?
Hi Experts:
I am doing backup to SCP server, and going to upload ssh_host_rsa_key.pub file and use below to add a host key:
add ssh hba hostname <HOSTNAME> public-key access-mode standalone file <LOCAL_PATH>
My question is, if I put the file ssh_host_rsa_key.pub in /tmp/ directory, will it be cleared? what is the clearing mechanism for Gaia /tmp? I only found below for other Linux:
Thanks
Best regards

The only mechanism for file delete is for logs ! /tmp/ directory should be unchanged even by Jumbo installs, but will be cleared upon version upgrade and backup restore - so this should be kept in mind!

Have you tried to use method 1 described here - https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk164234
