URL and Application Control Blade issue

Hi All,

Please I need help/advice on to resolve this issue. We have some users of webex team that are not being able to send or share files. The users gets an "unable to send" error, this particular problem only affects just a subnet. Please see the screenshot.

Please check which rule affects this behavior, once done - upload the rule's purpose and configuration.

Couple things:

1. You can just paste the screenshots directly into message (versus attaching them as documents)

2. When an error message mentions an SK, you should review the mentioned SK. In this case, it has troubleshooting steps which will help you determine what the cause is. "Internal System Error occurred" log in SmartView Tracker while trying to categorize resources
