There are no log servers available, Check your log server configuration

Hi, 

i received an error when accessing logs & monitor in Smart Console R81.10.

The error is " There are no log servers available, Check your log server configuration"

when accessing SmartView online using web browser, the logs is able to be seen. 

we are on R81.10 JHF take 150. 

 

Anybody able to advice/assist please.

Can you confirm that mgmt object is set as log server?

Hi Andy,

under Gateway , “logs” > “ additional logging” 

log forwarding settings is checked and input as SMS. 

or are you referring to other settings ?

Im referring to below. If you have this checked on mgmt object, then it may need cprestart or reboot of mgmt, might be that simple.

Yes , that option is checked.

also we tried cpstart and cpstop 

and also rebooting the SMS but still facing the same error

I think I have a good idea, what it is. Can you send content of below from the management server. If broken, I can send you the clean file from my lab and it will work 100%.
