TACACS Authentication issue after upgrade to R80

Hi Team,

Appliance:21400

TATACS+ Server:CISCO ISE

We upgrade the GAIA OS from R77.30 to R80.10.

After upgrade to R80.10 we unable to login through TACACS credentials but previously its working fine with R77.30.

But we are able to login with other devices such as Switch by using TACACS credentials.

Able to communicate with TACACS IP.

Below error we see on messages file.

Same type of error got from CISCO support sites

Recommend double checking the configuration and trying again.
May also want to get the TAC involved here.

Thanks for the update

I am going to open a TAC case.

Just a note with the same credentials we able to login with our another checkpoint cluster (21400 appliance) which managed by different management server.
