TAC unable to see files uploaded with CPINFO

Hi, is it just us or there are more out there that struggle with TAC and file uploads using CPINFO? Nearly every time they claim that they can't see the file even though we have received email confirmation that file upload was successful. So we have to do manual upload to CP SFTP afterwards. That's rather frustrating. If TAC can't process those just remove the option from CPINFO!

Hi,

We are releasing a new version of cpinfo, which includes some fixed to the upload process, and should also fall back to SFTP automatically when upload fails. The new version should be out in a couple of weeks.

That said, it might not cover all upload issues. If you encounter such issues again, please inform the TAC person about it and ask them to notify us (in R&D) so we can get to the bottom of the issues.

Hi @Arik_Ovtracht - the issue is that upload succeeds on my part (we have confirmation email that file was uploaded successfully), but TAC claims that they do not see those files or can't find them.

I understand - that is why I added the second part. If you encounter such issues, I would want to hear about it. So please by all means tell TAC to contact R&D (which is my team) to help with the issue - we might be able to assist at that time, but even if not, it will help us to make sure these problems don't happen in the future.
